iVislon Tech S.p.A. ("iVision Tech" or the "Company"), an  innovative SME and a leader in "Made in Italy" manufacturing, active in the design and  production of acetate eyeglass frames and sunglasses, as well as combination eyewear, owner  of the historic French high-end eyewear brand "Henry Jullien", iViLENS ODD and D.E.C.  Elettronica (together with the Company, the 'Group'), announces its participation in MIDO  2026, the leading international eyewear trade fair to be held in Milan from 31 January to 2  February 2026, in Hall 2, Stand N33 - P38.

On this occasion, iVision Tech will present the Group's main innovations, expressing a vision  that combines Italian design, technological innovation and manufacturing expertise,  structured around three strategic areas: smart eyewear with HJ Tech, luxury and material  research with Henry Jullien's LUXE Limited Edition collection, and technological evolution of  materials with Henry Jullien's Nano Studio collection.

After its world premiere at Silmo in Paris last September, HJ Tech returns to the spotlight at  MIDO 2026, bringing a new generation of Made in Italy smart eyewear to Milan. HJ Tech  consolidates its position in the world of fashion technology, where aesthetics, innovation and  ease of use coexist in perfect balance. The frames stand out for their contemporary design, pop  colours and recognisable lines, while the technology remains discreet and integrated,  designed to accompany everyday life without overwhelming it.

The smart component is integrated directly into the temple thanks to open-ear audio systems  and interaction controls. HJ Tech glasses, available in both optical and sunglasses versions, connect via Bluetooth without dedicated applications, offering an immediate plug & play experience.

The audio quality guarantees clear listening even in urban environments, while the long battery  life and fast charging ensure continuity throughout the day.

Alongside smart eyewear, iVision Tech presents the latest additions to Henry Jullien's LUXE  Limited Edition collection, which embodies the brand's cutting-edge design and material  research.

The Limited Edition introduces new construction solutions and an advanced use of titanium to  ensure durability, lightness and comfort all at once. The structures become bolder, the  geometries more decisive, while every detail is designed to enhance the purity of the shapes.  The collection is also enriched with two new acetate models characterised by clean lines,  refined proportions and exclusive finishes, capable of interpreting elegance in a contemporary  key.

At MIDO, Henry Jullien also presents the evolution of the Nano Studio collection, a symbol of  extreme lightness and absolute comfort. Alongside Nanofit, a material already known for its  elasticity and shape memory, Beta Titanium makes its debut, a technologically advanced  material that further enhances the performance of the collection. Even lighter, more resistant  and flexible, Beta Titanium allows for the creation of thin and refined frames without  compromising on strength, offering a perfect fit and an almost imperceptible feeling of  lightness.

The strength of iVision Tech stems from the synergy between Italian design and advanced  technological development: with HJ Tech and the Henry Jullien collections, the Group targets  a modern, knowledgeable and demanding audience that wants to experience technology and  luxury in a natural way, without compromising on aesthetics.

Stefano Fulchir, President and CEO of Henry Jullien, states: "MIDO 2026 represents a key  moment for iVision Tech to showcase the evolution of our Group, which today is expressed  through three fundamental pillars: technological innovation, Italian design and manufacturing  excellence. With HJ Tech, we are bringing a new concept of smart eye wear to the market, where  technology becomes a natural part of everyday style, while with Henry Jullien, we continue to  push the boundaries of luxury eyewear through research into materials, iconic shapes and  collections with a strong identity. It is a concrete demonstration of our vision: to create products  that combine aesthetics, performance and functionality, while always keeping the value of  Made in Italy at the centre".
