CooperVision’s Jennifer Lambert Honored with Multiple Stevie® Awards for Women in Business

CooperVision announced that Jennifer Lambert, Vice President of Myopia Management & Cornea Care has been honored with a Silver Stevie® Award for Women in Business in the category of Female Executive of the Year, Consumer Products, More Than 2,500 Employees, and a Bronze Stevie® Award for Woman of the Year in Healthcare. The Stevie® Awards for Women in Business recognize exceptional female leaders whose innovation, vision, and achievements are shaping various industries around the world.
Lambert was awarded for her leadership in advancing childhood myopia management on a global scale. Under her guidance, CooperVision’s MiSight® 1 day contact lenses—the first FDA-approved soft contact lens proven to slow myopia progression in children—have expanded to more than 40 countries, with the most recent approval in Japan as the first and only soft contact lens approved for myopia control.*†1 She also spearheaded CooperVision’s partnership with the World Council of Optometry, resulting in the development and launch of the WCO CooperVision Myopia Management Navigator (myopianavigator.info). This partnership has inspired more than 70,000 eye care professionals (ECPs) across 217 organizations to make evidence-based myopia management the clinical standard of care.2,3,4

The Female Executive of the Year category recognizes women who have made significant contributions to both their organizations or industry, while the Woman of the Year award honors women in any job title for their outstanding achievements and impact. Lambert was honored during the annual Stevie® Awards recognition dinner held on November 10 in New York City.
