Bhupesh Banodkar Appointed as General Manager, HOYA Lens India

Hoya Lens India (HLIN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bhupesh Banodkar as its new General Manager, effective 1 September 2025.

Bhupesh has been an integral part of Hoya’s leadership journey, most recently serving as National Sales Manager & Head – Key Accounts. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening Hoya’s market position, building trusted client partnerships, and driving key strategic initiatives. His proven track record, dedication, and forward-looking approach have rightfully earned him this elevation.

In his new role, Bhupesh will take on wider management responsibilities, including leading strategic growth, enhancing operational excellence, and nurturing high-performance teams to achieve the company’s vision.
