Mumbai base Prime Optics is a well known firm in the Indian optical lenses market. The firm was founded by Mr Priyakant Shah (Jitubhai) and now managed along with his two sons Mr Kaushal Shah and Mr Ashit Shah. Jitubhai has immense knowledge from his experience of over 4 decades in the optical field.

Kaushal Shah joined the family business in 1997. He took charge the creating an image for the Brand PRIME OPTICS under the able guidance of his father. A man of great principles, immense business acumen and humility, Kaushal attributes his success entirely to his father, who is a visionary in his own right.  

The company started importing from Korean companies since 1995  & supply to major parts of India under the brand name UNINOX which comprise of all types of CR39 lenses. Uninox have recently introduced a new products HONEYCOMB LENS with blue protection, this lens made with pinhole technology which reduce the muscle stress and improve the vision also help for digital devices and night driving.
